Kahan Chali Gai, a video by Bose Documentaries Ltd - Review

A wonderful blend of cinematography and editing, this was a promotional video made for the upcoming release of an anthology- Love a sweet Poison by Author's Ink Publications. This video is based on the story of a couple that drifted apart because of a misunderstanding and gets finally together after the hero writes a book defining the things to the world and in a hope of getting back his love with the book.

According to me, the best scene was the ending when all the focus is made on the cover of the book. Also, the locations including Hauz Khas Fort and Kunzum Travel Café worked like a cheery on the cake because of the beauty and glamor they have added to the video. Altogether, I loved the cinematography which is done by Liblochan Barman and the wonderful editing done by Ajitabha Bose. Above all was the track of the song which is one of the best till date in the history of BDL. The singer Anshu Pathak deserves a special appreciation for this wonderful composition.

Though the video lacked in story telling, it has promoted the book extremely well. Apart from lacking on the story part, the singer part lacked lip-sing. Besides this, the star cast could have been much better or I can say that the director could have worked much more with the looks of the hero and heroine.
